This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the content you may upload and generate using VyxoraStudios. Violations may result in warning, removal of content, suspension, or termination without refund, and — for illegal content — reporting to authorities.
1. Prohibited Content
You may not upload, generate, or distribute content that:
- Sexualizes or depicts minors in any form (CSAM). We report to NCMEC.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, "deepfake" pornography, or sexual content depicting a real identifiable person without their explicit written consent.
- Depicts real, identifiable individuals (including public figures) in a false or defamatory context, or in a way likely to deceive, harass, or damage their reputation.
- Infringes third-party intellectual property — including copyrighted characters, trademarks, or brand assets you do not own or have permission to use.
- Promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, hate speech, or discrimination on the basis of protected characteristics.
- Depicts realistic weapons, illicit drugs, or dangerous instructions in a way intended to facilitate harm.
- Impersonates VyxoraStudios or any other person, brand or entity for fraud, phishing, or misrepresentation.
- Manipulates elections, political processes, or misrepresents public officials.
- Violates applicable law in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction of your intended audience.
2. Consent for Real People
If you upload a photo of a real person other than yourself — including models, employees, clients, or influencers — you represent that you have their explicit, documented consent to have their likeness edited by generative AI and used in commercial campaigns. We may request evidence of consent.
3. Platform Abuse
You may not:
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to circumvent rate limits, watermarks, or plan entitlements.
- Share account credentials or resell access outside your authorized workspace.
- Use the Service to train competing AI models.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without prior written authorization.
4. Disclosure & Labeling
For jurisdictions that require it (e.g. EU AI Act, certain US states), you are responsible for disclosing that imagery has been generated or materially altered by AI when required by law or platform policy (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.).
5. Reporting Abuse
Report suspected violations to abuse@vyxorastudios.online. Include URLs, screenshots and a description. For copyright infringement, follow our DMCA process.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion. We cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
