VyxoraStudios respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions.

- The URL(s) or sufficient description of the material you are asking to be removed.
- Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner (or authorized to act on behalf of the owner) of the right allegedly infringed.

Please note: incomplete notices may not receive a response. Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a DMCA notice can result in liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
3. Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing:
- Your signature and contact information.
- Identification of the removed material and its previous location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district in which you reside (or, if outside the U.S., any district in which VyxoraStudios may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.
4. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we terminate — in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion — the accounts of users deemed to be repeat infringers.
5. Trademark & Right of Publicity
