Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Free plan lets you test the Service with 10 monthly generations at no cost. No payment method is required and no charges apply.

For new paid subscriptions (Pro, Business, Agency), we offer a full refund within 7 days of your first charge, provided you have used less than 20% of the monthly generation allotment included in your plan. Email billing@vyxorastudios.online from the address on file with your invoice number.

Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from a distance contract. By subscribing and beginning to use the Service (i.e. generating your first image), you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once the digital service has been fully performed. Where you have not yet used generations, you may withdraw within 14 days for a full refund.

Subscriptions renew automatically. Renewal charges are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time from your Billing dashboard; you will retain access until the end of the current paid period.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we can almost always resolve billing questions faster than your bank can. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.

In the event of a confirmed extended outage affecting paid customers, we may issue pro-rated service credits at our discretion. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Email billing@vyxorastudios.online with (a) the email on your account, (b) the invoice number, and (c) the reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
